BRIGHTON MARATHON 2011 REMF will be taking part in the 2011 Brighton Marathon. We are looking for as many runners as possible to register for General Entry and run on behalf of REMF, collecting sponsorship money from friends, families and work colleagues. REMF will also have a limited number of special Charity Places which will be made available to runners who agree to raise a minimum amount of sponsorship. General Entry to the Brighton Marathon will be launched on Monday 10th May 2010 at 10am. There are10,000 general entries to fill and 5,000 charity places will become available from Monday 24 May. The Robert Eaton Memorial Fund hopes to be allocated a limited number of the charity entries, but this will only be confirmed after 20 May. This event will be an opportunity for REMF to raise a significant amount of money to help us continue with our activites. We would like as many REMF supporters as possible to get involved - either as runners or by helping uson the day. At this stage, we are appealing to anyone who is thinking about running on behalf of REMF to register for General Entry places and, if successful, let us know that you have a place. The marathon organisers are hoping to fill all General Entry places by 24 May - so don't delay. REGISTER SOON.
